This is a film of my daughter (all of this is her idea, for her school science project) pressure canning her favorite foods at the age of 8. Pretty cool stuff! I learned a lot also.
I think this is another lesson on how versatile pressure canning really is, not everything may be perfect, but it works very well.
I’m especially impressed (and will do more) with the bacon and beef. They both worked like a charm and did taste great.
