Hi everyone!
This video was really fun to make. It is a very simple way to make a ‘warmer’ for just about any purpose. These things are far better than a hot water bottle in my book. They are cheaper, the heat lasts longer, and if it leaks you don’t have a wet mess.

I am equally excited to show you all my solar cooker. This is what makes this project go beyond just neat and comfortable to a level of sustainable. Video to come soon.

This is what my mom uses as a heating pad/water bottle for her various muscle ailments. I’ve used them in the past as well, very effective.
When she needs the heat on her shoulder/back, you can pin in it to your shirt with a safety pin.. or when you need something for your neck or top of your shoulders, just tie the sock off higher up (make a longer “sack”) and drape it around your neck/over your shoulders. Just the thing for a sore neck or back.
